Toxic environment to work for, under paid nurses and high stressful job. Office will make you drive around all over Brampton, Malton, Alton, Bolton, Caledon etc, often having to make multiple trips to the same area, no regard for nurses safety especially during horrible winter conditions. Having worked for SE for over an year the pay remained the same, SE hires you stating they will pay you $20.50 and hour but in reality you are getting paid by the number of patients you see in a day. The emergency number that was left by the healthcare team never was answered. The service was supposed to be 24/7 but no one answered.
Both the nurse and customer service were disrespectful. The nurse that came saw my dad was frail. He's bedridden. She wanted him to go closer to her to dress his wound and she laterally pulled him so hard. People like are in the wrong occupation. Update, I've left messages for Mala to call me and the case coordinator 2 weeks now Mala hasn't called back over 2 days the care coordinator hasn't called back. This is very frustrating
