Had a regular PSW for 20 years who retired in December, other than whenever she went on vacation, rarely were her hours covered, things where great, in all the years we never complained but apparently we are listed as not liking new workers, in our over 20 years I could count on my hands how many times we've had workers. We did have one who didn't listen to how to prepare and feed our son and had to have an ambulance here twice to try to dislodge food and make sure his airway was unobstructed, never complained though. Unsympathetic and uncaring people. I had no idea when I moved that I would lose my wonderful PSWs from another company that I had been dealing with the last ten years They were patient and never complained let alone yell at me for no reason and really helped me. I really like this building but unfortunately I can't afford to hire my own PSW as I had to pay for moving expenses, new furniture etc. And I shouldn't have to all of a sudden They are also not flexible and you never know when they are going to show up,My time means ... read more
Called for a check on medical problem, and they told me I was discharged and not a patient. Unbelievable, they couldn't even tell me how it was canceled.
