Poor workmanship and follow-up. Gutters falling off of building less than 2 months after installation. Management does not follow through on commitment to return and repair. Very disappointed in service and quality of work performed.
I live in Wilmington, IL asked for estimate came out never looked at house received estimate obviously don’t need my business blown off by company I saw there work unacceptable thank god there unreliable one star is too much beware horrible customer service and company And they deserve no stars
Do not give S.E. Gutters or Scott Erickson any money upfront. He took the money from a senior family member promising to do the work. He tore off materials and left home exposed to elements. Five months went by with promises to come the following Monday and never came back. I do not recommend him at all, and sorry we ever met him.
Do not hire, do not pay a dollar upfront. This guy is well on his way out of buisness as my lawyer told me several people have contacted him with the same problems with S.E as I have. He gets a down payment and dont show up for months on end, or at all to finish it. He will feed you all types of drunk lies and b.s excuses. BEWARE.
The worst experience ever. Five day job turned into five months, and still wasn't finished. Had every excuse in the book. Siding was not secured and pieces began to drop off. Finally fired him after gutters fell off during a rain storm. You have been warned.
