Super patient and knowledgeable. I forgot some equipment for a show and found them through a quick Google search. I'm from NY so didn't know where to turn but the reviews were all positive and now I know why! Was able to rent the perfect replacement for my setup and they had me out the door in no time! Will definitely rent from them again. Oh and beware of the door chime...You were warned 😁
