Scott was amazing to work with. He installed the HVAC at our home and is always available to answer any questions. One time he helped us over the phone and guided us so we could fix the issue and he didnt have to create a service call for something we could do ourself, that too over a weekend. Its hard to find such people in business and great customer service. Highly recommend !!
Scott from S&E Cataldi answered my emergency call on a frigid Friday night (after business hours) and after my furnace stopped working unexpectedly. Not only was it freezing outside but I was leaving the country in 1.5 days and urgently needed to fix the problem. Scott walked me through the troubleshooting steps in multiple phone calls that night and the next morning. Scott was very quick to respond when our heating system fan motor just stopped working in the middle of winter. He had Mike come and look at it same day, installed shortly afterwards. Scott gaves us a such a great deal! Mike was friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would highly recommend S&E Cataldi for your heating and/or A/C needs!
