I work in customer service and have found that customer complaints are bound to happen, "it's how we handle them that matters' I had an issue with sdw and knew before I phoned that there was fault on my behalf but from reading some prior reviews expected a difficult time. I received a return call from sdw office staff that was then followed up with another return phone call from the business owner Sally. PLEASANT SURPRISE!!! My children were with SwD services for approximately two years. To my awareness, we were good clients, consistent with attending appoints and fully NDIS Plan Managed, so always up to date on payments. I rarely had reason to interact with their administration, until I did. The result was shocking, offensive, and pretty terrible to deal with. Don't recommend.
