* Edit: Have to give Aaron credit, he reached back out after I left this review and went out of his way to make things right. I give him credit, he really went went above and beyond. Adjusting to five stars. SDS installed an accessory on my snowmobile, left a pair of pliers in my track and then those tore the track when I loaded the sled. Aaron said he would fix the situation and then never responded to my email thread. He does decent work but given he's a smaller shop there's less support when things go wrong. SDS installed an accessory on my snowmobile, left a pair of pliers in my track and then those tore the track when I loaded the sled. Aaron said he would fix the situation and then never responded to my email thread. He does decent work but given he's a smaller shop there's less support when things go wrong. It's been a year or two since this happened and he's never reached back out. Very disappointing experience.
Friendly, good communicator, and an *outstanding* mechanic. I'm very happy with the work he did and the price was totally reasonable. I'm super grateful to have him as a trusted resource.
I got stranded with a clogged fuel pump filter, visited 6 shops before i got to Aaron, and all were unsuccessful in finding the issue. Aaron had the bike fixed in an hour, and i was back on the road, can’t say enough praise for him and his business. Thank you for your help!
Aaron was phenomenal in helping me trouble shoot an issue over the phone. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell anything, just super helpful. These guys will definitely be my go to for my ATV needs. THANK YOU.
