Aaron knows what he's doing and will walk you through what's going on in a way you'll understand. I had a project bike I was stuck on and not only did he get it running, but let me choose how much work I wanted done on it! He also made a helpful video walking through what he was doing.
Aaron spent along time with me on the phone trying to diagnose the problem with my Polaris 500 Sportsman. After sending him the VIN he responded with a very long and thorough email. He recommended a few things that I should try on my own. The first one worked! Long call, long email and NO charge. This is how customer service is supposed to work! Thank you.
I've had a few electrical gremlins on my FC450 snowbike, SDS has been extremely efficient at diagnosing and fixing the problem, thanks Aaron!
