My water heater started leaking and I needed a new one. Luckily the water heater was under warranty. Shannon with SDS plumbing took care of everything and we were back in and running in no time. Super fast, friendly and clean service at a fair price. Shannon also wore shoe covers, rolled out a floor protector and cleaned up after he was done installing the new tank. 100% recommend SDS Plumbing!
I called SDS Plumbing to fix a leaking copper fitting at a hose bib. They told me a time they could come out and arrived when they said they would. Shannon and his assistant replaced the leaking copper fitting quickly and that stopped the leak at the hose bib. I appreciated them coming out the same day to make the repair and for a reasonable price.
From business to personal needs, Shannon /SDS has been extremely helpful and professional. I called, Shannon he came over immediately in between jobs, assessed the leak in my kitchen island, and completed the work the next morning.
Shannon of SDS did an excellent job in adding Pressure Reducing Valve. I am highly satisfied with the work. Even though I didn’t insist, after work he checked each and every point of my concern. He is a very reliable and respectful person. Price is also very reasonable.
Excellent service and very fair pricing. We had a problem with the drain in the wall of our laundry room. Shannon and his assistant came, evaluated the situation and got to work. They ended up having to go through the attic to reach what they needed. We felt they were very thorough and explained things and communicated so well with us. If we ever need a plumber, hands down, Shannon will be our first call.
