Steve Runs a very Professional outfit . They take pride in all there work.
Rang for a leak in our upstairs shower alcove over the weekend. Jenna was very helpful over the phone and clearly sensed my level of distress. Within 30 minutes of making the call Steve arrived and fixed the problem in no time. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable and the callout fee was very reasonable given it was mid evening on Saturday night. Thanks SDS, great service and would highly recommend this business to others in the Golden Grove area.
Disappointed that the company is not responsive. Left an old unit on the property by the road. 2.5 weeks have passed with multiple calls and messages left. Unit is still there attracting random people to the yard. We have no means of discarding. Not great customer service!
