Excellent and friendly service from Tony and Nick who repaired our 15 year old electric roller garage door yesterday. It’s reassuring to know there are still companies out there who value and deliver great after sales support. Many thanks also to Crayg for his advice and assistance in organising the work.
It’s always amusing when a trades person in a company van starts verbally abusing you and making hand gestures (middle finger) through the window when it was them who were in the wrong. Unless it’s the company owner and they don’t care it’s not the best look.. reg number ending WAE for anyone that has the pleasure of meeting this guy. Hopefully not on a Monday morning..
