Once our call went into our house insurance, Rod phoned the next morning to touch base, and then he himself showed up to assess the damage for our insurance claim. He arrived when he said he would, even taking the time to call before he left Lloydminster, so we weren’t put out having to wait too long as we had prior commitments. The workers were very courteous and helpful when we had questions. Danika was very professional yet kind and accommodating for paperwork and signatures.
