Just had an SDS black cube sauna delivered. James Nicholson was fantastic to deal with. In discussing product options (both SDS and competitor) James was well informed, balanced and genuine. Well done SDS... I may report in again to share my experience in assembly of the sauna ;)
Absolutely amazing service from SDS. We purchased a range of products from them to build a custom sauna in Tassie - Thermo Aspen internal cladding, Harvia wood heater and rocks, foil insulation, and accessories. They did a custom shipping quote for us to reduce the cost of freight, and all the products were high quality. Their customer service has been exceptional as well. I would highly recommend SDS for all your sauna needs.

Tony was incredibly helpful throughout the barrel sauna build, always quick to answer our questions and provide clear, practical advice. Great product, great service, and highly recommended.
