Unbelievable customer service. Desperately needed to fix a sauna fault before our opening day on Sunday. I called many companies trying to seek assistance and Rico from SDS Australia went above and beyond to assist with what most others were quick to put in their too hard on a Friday basket! We recently purchased a barrel sauna from SDS Australia and we couldn’t be happier.
