The staff at SDR were very quick to respond to our initial call of no water. Within 2 hours Nicki had arranged for Shawn to be onsite to assess our situation. He spent many hours tirelessly trying to remedy the situation but due to a leak in a very long line, it was determined we needed to seek alternate means to address our issue. A new well was to be drilled and they worked side by side with a local well drilling company to restore water to our home. I had a great experience with SDR, specifically with Shawn, Travis, and Mitchell. They were all professional from start to finish—prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. It’s not always easy to find reliable plumbing and heating services, but this company always delivers. I highly recommend them and will continue using their services if needed.
