Bought a used car here a few weeks ago good prices, good service, nice staff and a cup of coffee. They have a lot of very nice used cars they all look spotless. They took the car to be serviced at the main dealer to maintain the warranty and record of the vehicle. That was very nice. Plenty of fuel in it when we picked it up. 5 stars from me.
**Misleading Service – Not an Official Hyundai Dealership** My wife visited SDM in Falkirk, unaware that they were no longer an official Hyundai dealership (previously SDM Hyundai). They charged £334 for a service and diagnostic but failed to clarify they couldn’t address the issues, advising us to go to the actual Hyundai dealer in Grangemouth.
