We were driving a 32 ft motorhome, stranded on the side of highway 495, by exit 54A (Hopkinton) due to dual tire blowouts on the rear driver side, on a Sunday of all days 🤦‍♂️. Of course every place was closed, Shawn was the only guy that answered the phone and came out to help. We had to separately find a towing service (Thanks to the local police, we found Arts Auto) and 2 tires specifically for a Motorhome (local Firestone store 25 mins away). This Georgia girl's truck experienced truck issues. AC belt shredding, as well as a busted hose. Unfortunately, no roadside assistance services were willing to provide assistance on the 90 expressway for less than $800, prompting an Uber ride to TRP parts to gather necessary supplies for self-repair. The owner is a nice guy, but he charged me $1800 for a job that should of been $300. I had to pay my mechanic to rip out everything he did, and redo it. When my mechanic called him out on his lack of service, he didnt do anything to rectify the situation. Maybe shawn isnt actually a diesel mechanic? Or maybe hes in the wrong line of work. I was an easy target for him being broken down out of state at 11pm . I cant thank Shawn & his wife enough for their immediate support in a very stressful situation. As my otr driver was broke down on the side of the highway in a state we know nothing about as we are located in Baltimore, MD. Shawn met the driver there quickly & accessed our freightliner & made appropriate repairs to get them safely to a rest area for a complete overview of the truck.
