SD&L was hired for a plumbing part replacement through my AHS home warranty in June 2025. I had to get some tile cut to complete the work and they completed three visits - one to identify the need, one to determine part size, and one to install the parts. Same issue with the other reviewers with this company. They were assigned by Select Home Warranty to fix a leaking dishwasher. Didn't even do anything because they said it's not covered under the warranty but still charged the service fee.
Noel was amazing and friendly. Could have charged me a lot but instead gave me some advice and saved me a ton. Will be keeping SDL in my contacts for all future needs.
I called to report a leak and clearly told them it was coming from my faucet, and that the leak stopped when I turned off the water to the faucet. They knew I was calling under warranty. Despite that, they still scheduled a tech visit. When the tech arrived, he immediately said faucets aren’t covered under my plan and still charged me $90 for doing nothing.
