Justin came out and replaced our attic-installed hot water heater. He didn't waste time. He made sure the carpet/floor were protected from any dripping water. There were no damages to any part of my home and answered all of my questionsnon the best way to keep the tank healthy. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you much.
We acquired the service via AHS. Dustin explained everything that was wrong and what had to be done to fix the blockage. He also made the necessary repairs to our toilets. I appreciate his temperament and his attitude toward helping the customer. Awesome haircut! Thank you
ok here we go. why cant we give 0 stars? SDL was sent by AHS to fix my shower, the cartridge had failed, turns out it was the wrong one installed from the previous tech that AHS sent. SDL's tech couldnt get the handle off, the first tech stripped the set screw, so he just pulled it off. We contacted this company for an active plumbing issue involving water seeping up through a concrete slab. During our phone call, I requested a licensed and insured plumber with appropriate leak detection equipment, which is standard for this type of problem. When I asked for confirmation that they could provide this, the representative refused to do so and ended the call.
