Justin from Plumbing SDL did an excellent job installing the water circulator on my water tank. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and communicated well throughout the entire process. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. The installation went smoothly, and everything is working perfectly. I would definitely recommend Plumbing SDL and Justin for any plumbing needs!
Zero clue how these people are still in business. The person on the phone gets belligerent, must have a chip on his shoulders. He went off the handle. Ultimately they never came back to finish the job so essentially they take your service fee and run. This must be a business model they discovered. Just keep collecting service fees and never complete jobs. Forced to use them via my home warranty. Avoid these people like the plague.
This plumber gives false promises, nor show up for more than 1 week. It is impossible to call them, they don't return your call back. Very rude and disrespectful plumber! Do not use these people. They are rude
Justin came out and replaced our attic-installed hot water heater. He didn't waste time. He made sure the carpet/floor were protected from any dripping water. There were no damages to any part of my home and answered all of my questionsnon the best way to keep the tank healthy. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you much.
We acquired the service via AHS. Dustin explained everything that was wrong and what had to be done to fix the blockage. He also made the necessary repairs to our toilets. I appreciate his temperament and his attitude toward helping the customer. Awesome haircut! Thank you
