I'd give half a star if I could. Rude and unprofessional service.
An absolute scam, rude, and inefficient company. Came out through American Home Shield to help with a leak coming through my front yard. Originally, I thought that Noel was very nice and easy to work with. Toby was the worker that was to evaluate and isolate the leak. Stated that the leak was a tree breaking a pipe in through the water line from the road and that the entire water line needed to be replaced and would not be covered by AHS, fine, makes sense. When Toby, the plumber arrived, he was kind and professional at first. I showed him the three issues that needed repairing: the kitchen faucet, a drain in my bathroom, and an aerator that needed to be replaced. He stated that the faucet wouldn’t be covered but offered to fix it in a way that would allow for coverage. When we moved to the bathroom, he attempted to fix the drain, but it wouldn’t stay in place. When I asked if he could try again, he quickly dismissed it, saying there was nothing more he could do. They were very friendly and got the job done. They scheduled us promptly and did everything we asked and needed
Very Bad experience . Novel the supervisor is NOT Helpful at all, Rude & disrespectful. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They installed wrong color Faucet Which do not match with my existing faucet in bathroom and kitchen. And instead of helping customers, they will install cheap quality parts and off brand. Very unhappy with their service.
