Absolute terrible customer service!! Will tell you they can book your dog and then will text you at 8am the next day saying your reservation has been cancelled with no truthful explanation why. Was told they had “no availability” now but when I called yesterday the lady on the phone said they had spots open and she would RESERVE one for me, to go online and create an account. I did just that and still sadly I’m either being lied to about why they won’t take my dog or they simply just didn’t reserve me a spot like I was told.... read more
