Extremely disappointed with the billing practices of this radiology provider. My baby has been hospitalized in the cardiac ICU for over 7 months with both private insurance and Medicaid coverage. Every other provider involved in his medically necessary care has been paid appropriately except this radiology group. Their office initially billed the wrong insurance. Doctors seem good. But, their overseas billing and medical coding people skills or care leaves a whole lot to be desired. They mess up coding the bill for the insurance company so one gets a big bill from SDI. Then they turn you over gulf coast collections while you try to fix it. Yeah. Good doctors. Bad business people. They are business partners with Baycare so they have a captive patient pool to abuse.
Poor billing and insurance processing. Somehow some claims are able to be processed but not others even though services were all on the same day
Lesson learned. They will not put your account on hold, while pending payment from your insurance company. This in spite of what they may tell you. Buyer beware.
Such a shocker that they have such terrible reviews, they'll bill you a ton of money and I don't know why BayCare uses them. I will make sure that if they are on any of my provider lists I will never use them again and they really don't help people that are in financial need and can't afford the bills!
