Unethical unwarranted overcharge of natural gas. The only company in the country who has raised natural gas prices DOUBLE what they were, this has to be price gouging. I hope your greedy executives like iron bars
Your service is trash, our power has been off for 14 hours now, guys came at 4 am was here for 10 min and left. This is ridiculous that we’ve had to go all night with no power, my daughter is 2 weeks from her due date..all our food in the refrigerator is ruined, on top of all that this is Labor Day weekend so we all did some extra food shopping for the weekend….I don’t understand how our power went out at 715pm yesterday and we didn’t have a crew come out until 4 am…
Why is this place still close I have to go to Walmart to make my payment in a long line
They nearly double the rates without warning, and now I just read an article they want to double again saying citizens play a role in investing in their electricity projects?!?! WE DONT HAVE A CHOICE!!! I went from $98 a month to $168 a month, and now it’s going to be $300 a month for a family of TWO in a small townhome???
