I find it hard to believe a company exists that cares less about their customers than this one. Run far far away from SDG or Pye-Barker. Miles of email trails and requests for a member of management to contact me have been ignored, I'd wager a guess this review will be ignored as well. If anyone at SDG or Pye-Barker wants to do the right thing and reach out, feel free. Bet you won't though...
Their ability to communicate with customers in a timely manner is non existent.. ditto Wayne Alarm Systems, who happens to be running the call center.
Office staff, is garbage.
This company has been blocking me for months access to my own Cctv cameras, data and home alarm system! I have been asking them to unblock me via emails and phone calls. Leaving my two pets, young daughter and I am registered disabled at risk. Because my ex-husband has told them to do so. They have no regard for what is professional or moral. Be warned they don't operate by the GDPR requirements
