Most tellers here are friendly. But i got a complete dud. This lady might as well be working at thr post office. 0 energy. Everything. Was. So. Slow. "Ember A" need to get a job working as a clerk for the government, was like talking to a female Ben Stein.
This bank is so out of date! Every time I try to make a cash deposit the machine is not working. This is so inconvenient and frustrating!!!!!!
Sdccu has to have the worst customer service. Even for a bank, from dings to your credit for none existent debt, and unreturned phone calls about finalizing the activation of a credit card to not being able to use Zelle with them. I’m canceling all my accounts and just going back to big banks. Thanks for the waste of time you half bank
