This bank is so out of date! Every time I try to make a cash deposit the machine is not working. This is so inconvenient and frustrating!!!!!!
Sdccu has to have the worst customer service. Even for a bank, from dings to your credit for none existent debt, and unreturned phone calls about finalizing the activation of a credit card to not being able to use Zelle with them. I’m canceling all my accounts and just going back to big banks. Thanks for the waste of time you half bank
My wife and I have been banking with SDCCU for decades. This branch is the best branch I have worked with. The staff is friendly and professional and always greets us by name.
This bank is Junk.. i be closing my account as soon they open on Monday morning. No benefits and too much sacrifice for being part of this bank, 2 times I tried auto loan, both with 750 score or better. 1st interest was too high. Capital one end dealer was lower 2nd time the loan amount was too high. Ok not hig deal I continue with them. Start this year we van not longer use Zelle to link our debit card. I thought this bank is going backwards instead of forwards.. About 3 weeks ago I couldn't use ATM at Escondido branch outs... read more
