Horrible Experience at this location this morning 03/22/25 … I went to deposit 4 checks into my business account and after being there for 27 mins waiting to get help … the front desk / teller lady who was “ helping me “ although she seem very inexperience she decided that she could only accept 1 out 4. Because my business is listed as sole proprietor and some of the checks have written as an LLC. Poor customer service
I showed up to this bank to get some money from the ATM which both weren't working and the bank manager seemed to be all smiles and jokes with the cashier's as he waddled over to open the door late for waiting customers.
Poor customer service. Poor phone support with few customer service representatives and long long waits to speak to one. SDCCU fees and charges are exorbitant. And they are inflexible about reversing charges.
