Straight burning trash, you are better off using Mission Fed
Went to Temecula branch to open account but 20 min to close. They verified all my papers are complete and come back Monday. On Monday they said they need more paper which our office emailed me what they where asking. They want me to go home and print it as they refuse to print it there. I overheard them saying to another client on her back that they don't want to do extra work for her. I said cancel my appointment. With poor, unfriendly service, I change my mind to do business with them.
This place is horrible. Non customer oriented non-professional. They used to be decent but no more. They're a three ring circus.
I love this bank, but be careful when going in the evening to the ATM. There is a homeless guy that sleeps every night by the front door and begs people using the ATM for money. Please hire security at night.
