This place is horrible. Non customer oriented non-professional. They used to be decent but no more. They're a three ring circus.
I love this bank, but be careful when going in the evening to the ATM. There is a homeless guy that sleeps every night by the front door and begs people using the ATM for money. Please hire security at night.
Came in to see a banker but the only one was on lunch for another 20 mins... Guess they don't need my business
Been with you over 23yrs. Your bank is going backwards in technology and convenience. You are NOT a 'small bank' you are now worse than a big bank... atleast they have technology.. For example, you ATM's.. always down. No Tap on card payments, you no longer make cards in-house. You changed your account processor a few years ago and the one you have now is lousy. I want to leave this comment and say how much I appreciate the professionalism of San Diego County credit Union in Temecula. I have been a member for over 25 years and I have never ever encountered any major problems or difficulties in dealing with this branch regarding my finances.
