SDCCU was great 20 years ago, now it's the absolute worst choice. They are well known as charging the most frequent holds, the most overdrafts and fewest modern amenities. And beware your will get a hard hit to your credit without being notified when you open an account SDCCU billboards and adds saying they are voted number one is a scam every year I get an email asking me to vote but it's their own contest they are the only bank on the ballet LOL! I applied for a home loan at this branch. The employees at this branch harassed me with phone calls, and treated me disrespectfully. I would not use this branch for your home loan needs.
10 years ago they were one of the best financial institution in the San Diego area. Today they are one of THE WORST. It takes 50 seconds every time you call just to proceed through the menu. Their customer service has certainly gone down, and their staff's overall helpfulness has drastically gone down. Very disappointed and have now changed credit unions.
