Just keeps getting better came in 8/15/25 specially said please give me cash from my savings to the receptionist ( she said she could help me and oh did she) gave me my cash no receipt said it would be sent to my email never received anything when I asked for a copy of it. Was here just now! Applied for a credit card from SDCCU for my mom. She was approved. There are 4 staff at this branch and the only person working is a young white woman. She had a customer and white bald guy with Padre Jersey said he is busy and he's be with us shortly. The customer before us left and the lady said she could help us. This place is a disaster. I ordered a debit card and it took 3 days just for customer service to bother replying — only to tell me I had to waste time going into a branch because they don’t offer temp cards or print them in-house like every normal bank does. Was told 7-10 days for delivery. I ordered the card on Monday. Friday rolls around and I finally get an email saying the card is just now being prepared to ship. i had a great experience with celice over the phone. i got answered very quickly and she was super sweet. the envelope with my new card got misplaced and she was kind enough to block it since i already activated it! she put a little note to unblock it once it’s found. i got lucky with my call!
