i had a great experience with celice over the phone. i got answered very quickly and she was super sweet. the envelope with my new card got misplaced and she was kind enough to block it since i already activated it! she put a little note to unblock it once it’s found. i got lucky with my call!
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been with the bank over 15 years and my family has been with the bank for over 30 years and we have never been talked to so disrespectfully by Sara (manager) and Leslie at the Poway/Carmel Mountain Branch. I immediately closed the account and my whole family will be doing banking elsewhere.
Horrible phone system ,Usually takes them an hour to Answer the phones.I've never had this Problem with any otherProblem with any other bank!
Worst bank ever. Had the free checking account but yet I was charged fees constantly. They never decline purchases even when you don't have the money in your account and then charge you tons of money in fees. Fees if you change address without telling them right away. Fees for this, fees for that. I just closed my account and I'm so happy to be done with this bank. The customer service at this bank is awful.
