Bad customer service really unprofessional and uneducated
Don’t go to this bank if your relatives don’t know how to speak English they are not allowed you to translate for them , the bank manager is very rude. Zero star ever
The ATM is no good. Most of the time I need to use it it doesn’t work. The bank app when I need to use it after 11pm , all the time get the this message, Account is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I went to this location expecting basic banking services, but was incredibly disappointed. I brought in cash to deposit and the teller (I didn’t catch a name) didn’t even bother to count it. When I asked, she said, “Did you count it?” That’s exactly why I’m at a bank ,to ensure accuracy and accountability. Rude management and bad business practices. They will lie to you and hold your check and say it's the system but it's actually the manager who will purposely put checks on hold for no reason at all
