BIGGEST CROOK in the area!! fraudulent business practices, David and his his partner or BOSS , She works at manheim auto auction in Hatfield too will do anything to steal your vehicle! They use fraudulent business abandonment tactics,never doit correct way , bankruptcy loopholes, and inside information to try to get another unit.
