S&D Prime Maintenance did terrific work for multiple projects at our house. 1. Resurfaced and painted bathroom and foyer ceilings due to ice damming. Added insulation and ventilation in attic to prevent possible future ice damming. 2. Rooted out blockage from downspout buried under front yard plastic tubing where tree roots blocked water relief. 3. Suggested adding dirt around foundation to prevent possible structural damage.
