Stopped using them in 2023 due to being absolutely useless in supplying the correct parts. To my greatest regret I tried using them again in 2026 and still as useless as always. Get your act together !!!
Absolute horrible service. They’ll ignore any calls and emails if you need to return a part. I’m a trade customer and EVERY time you need to return a part, it’s a disaster. It’s the only dealership that makes you wait a month before they will even supply you a goods return authorization. They hope you will give up and just keep the part. It’s a clown show!

Had the best experience with Eric. We’re in QLD. From enquiry, to answering our questions, purchase transaction to arranging delivery of car service was amazing. The car transport experience was quick and registration in QLD no dramas. All documents provided for a smooth experience. Car is amazing value with extras we didn’t expect.
