Absolute horrible service. They’ll ignore any calls and emails if you need to return a part. I’m a trade customer and EVERY time you need to return a part, it’s a disaster. It’s the only dealership that makes you wait a month before they will even supply you a goods return authorization. They hope you will give up and just keep the part. It’s a clown show!

Had the best experience with Eric. We’re in QLD. From enquiry, to answering our questions, purchase transaction to arranging delivery of car service was amazing. The car transport experience was quick and registration in QLD no dramas. All documents provided for a smooth experience. Car is amazing value with extras we didn’t expect.
Lovely place
BUYER BEWARE. We find it difficult to understand how this company can supply a part to be found faulty and eleven year old and take no responsibility, even after a full report on the faulty part was provided. Our complaint has fallen on deaf ears within the company. We are left with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive, due to this faulty part.
