Fantastic service from Gaby Pacheco, Sabrina and Kevin at SD Marine. I was in a bind and they came to our rescue. Excellent service on my Suzuki 300hp engines. Absolutely incredible service! My lower unit broke around 2 PM yesterday, and I emailed the owner of SD Marine. To my surprise, he sent out a team of two who came all the way to my house in Big Pine Key and installed a brand new lower unit—on Easter Sunday! That kind of dedication and speed is unheard of. I purchased a brand new 36 Center console. Jason was great to deal with, he provided all the necessary information and was very professional. He was Able to get me a great deal on the boat. He still continues to make sure we are happy with the purchase - he’s not one of these guys that sells you something and is gone. Great guy!
