Really poor experience with this company. We had ordered 3 buses to transport 120 people for our wedding and two of the buses Air Conditioning were broken - one was blowing heat on a 80 degree day! We actually had to offload an entire bus so that the bride and wedding party could get into the one with air conditiong! Completly threw the day for me (the groom) since I was drenched in sweat heading to the ceremony. Customer service was horrific post ride as well. Offered $50 credit which is a complete joke. this company is SHADY... I work for a wedding planner and gave this company a second chance...we hired a shuttle bus for guest at the first wedding and the "AC broke last minute" (90 degrees in temecula...guests were miserable)... plus the shuttle bus they sent was more of a converted old school bus... the second time the limo bus had a "flat tire last minute"... and sent the old school bus again...
