Carried my vehicle there, 2 weeks later when my vehicle was fixed. Noticed my vent on dash was broken. I told the managers about this, they immediately said, we didn't do it. A more suitable response would have been, let me talk to the mechanic, wait just a minute. Integrity, in their work, would be a positive. I now understand why they are not registered with the BBB.

They have taken care of my two trucks in the last three weeks and was impressed with the speedy repairs even though they were complex in nature. There was a wait but, good mechanics don't have empty shops.
