Sean, the owner, is quite an affable young man. Talks it but doesn't walk it. Incomplete job. When we brought him back for the walk through, he promised, quite convincingly, he would be back to finish the details and unfinished work. Since he had been paid the majority of his bid, he felt it probably wasn't worth his while to come back. We trusted him unfortunately, and paid the price and had someone else complete it.
