Really happy with the work and service from SD European. Took my older generation Mercedes in for a transmission service, the team were very helpful in providing a quote and got the work done promptly. Highly recommend.
Paid $400 for a “comprehensive” service and specifically asked them to check an oil leak. Was told they’d inspected it and found no issues. Got home to find the car still obviously leaking - so clearly it wasn’t checked at all. When I called back, the person I spoke to was dismissive and rude. Won’t be returning. Two stars only because the initial customer service on my first visit was friendly.
