Highly recommend Altura in Cleveland. Had 8 composite bondings done and the whole process was smooth and very informative. Was a great experience.
Very confusing experience. Walked in and thought I was at some boutique day spa I can't afford. Reception is so welcoming and amazing at their jobs, the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything goes so smoothly. Have now been twice and the team have had staff illness and a full day of patients and somehow manage to get me seen early. The team at Altura are fantastic. Dr Jessica in particular listened to all my concerns and help path my way to a straight smile. Im half way through my clear aligner treatment, and although I still have a while to go, I've been so impressed by the thoroughness and care I've received as a patient. I cannot wait to meet my end results ❤️😁
I am very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the Altura team. I always felt comfortable, respected and assured because of their personal recognition, positive comments and smiles despite some early setbacks due to my unusual "bite". Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were considerate of my situation and my comfort as well as my opinion. I am extremely happy with both the result and the entire process.
