My daughter bought a car at VIP. Excellent experience. I realized due to it being a salvage vehicle title transfer was a little different, buy we got our new title in about a month. Awesome deal for cash out the door. Nice people.
I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I bought a 2006 Toyota Tacoma from them for $12000 out the door and realized within the first 5 days of having it that it had transmission issues. My concerns were validated by two very reputable mechanics, one of them a transmission specialist. I immediately contacted VIP CARS LLC as directed by the transmission specialist and gave them an opportunity to repair the truck, as it was still under warranty. Went in to buy a car and was told earlier in the week that they had the title. Come to find out when I came back with cash in hand they only had a certificate of salvage and not a real title because it would cost them more money to put a title in their name. Instead they wanted me to pay them and then have them mail me a title. Ya...not going for that. Staff is nice till you get to the details and once you get there it gets flaky really fast. Don’t waste your money. Walked up to a h3 the have for sale priced at 10k, KBB priced 6-7 its over priced for a used car. Walked in try g to negotiate on cash offer and sales man got mad and became rude. Car condition was bad transmission and transfer case were leaking and car was disgusting on the inside not even detailed for fist impresión. Yuup keep out.
