We have had S D Care Agency involved with Dad’s care since earlier this year and we cannot praise their team highly enough. All the team are incredibly kind, patient, professional and efficient, especially Mintraa, Elmer, Alex, Nandica and Nester. They always go out their way to care for Dad with a gentle touch, cheery disposition and friendly banter, which he loves and as a family, we enjoy too. They have been like a team of guardian angels for us all at such a challenging time and we couldn’t be without them now.

We are currently lucky enough to be using SD Care Agency to look after my wife. I certainly could not manage without their very professional, discrete and caring service, all carried out with good humour and a smile. I am going to name them now because they are all lovely, hardworking people…..Rena, Ron, Mary Ann, Moon, Nandika, Kim and Nestor. Thank you.

SD Care has a highly trained group of care givers who, in our experience, are all very warm and treat patients as people. Their flexibility has been helpful to meeting our care schedule needs without adding unnecessary hours to the plan. Highly recommend, feel secure knowing they are highly rated under CQC and fully insured.

The staff at SD Care took excellent care of my husband for the last few months of his life. Without their help and understanding, it would have been much more difficult for him to live with his illness. Elmer and Nestor were excellent carers. They spent days and nights with my husband, tirelessly tending to his every need. They became part of our family, and kindness and care made his last months more bearable both for him and for us as a family.
