Knee brace looks good and fits snug Steve was awesome talked me though the process took 2week to get steve give me everything I needed for insurance show me how to put it on and followed up a couple days later to see how I was making out No problem with SD medical 5 stars

Update: they have reached out to me and will be resolving the issue so I changed review to 4 stars. My first ankle brace was awesome. I purchased a new one because the first was getting worn out after 2 years of daily use. Within a few months, the stitching on one of the straps came apart, making the brace useless.
