Very honest and reasonable: I brought my Mazda to SD Auto for a better quote after being told by another mechanic that I needed both rear struts replaced and an alignment. Sean not only told me that my struts were fine, but he didn't even charge me for the time he took to make the assessment. It would have been very easy for him to have taken advantage of me, since I came to him convinced that I needed the work done, but he was honest and saved me hundreds of dollars.
