Buying my vehicle was an easy, fast process and I truly appreciate everything tim from the dealership did to ensure no problems arose. From making sure the car got new tires before leaving the lot to scraping off the stickers on the windshield they covered it all! When a concern was brought to the or attention he made sure it was taken care of from beginning to end! Thank you Tim for all you did-and great service!
Update 7/11: I had a positive experience at first, but unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within the first week, I returned to the dealership due to excessive oil consumption. Since then, the car has developed numerous issues, many of which were present early on. Over the past two months, I’ve spent over $5,000+ on repairs, and now the engine has completely failed. Stopped by looking for a truck, a few minutes after I got there Tim introduced himself to me and asked if I was looking for something specific. I asked a few questions and got what I felt was an honest answer about each one. No hard sales, no overselling, pretty much straight forward with me. I left and came back a few days later about an hour before they closed and we made a deal. I want to say thank you to the guys at S&D Auto especially Tim he was Amazing and helpful I would recommend all my friends and family here to purchase a vehicle!
Im a pretty supersticious person but this place is quite ligit, Tim the salesman tried hard to build a customer trust. I did however find another deal that was better for me. I had no issues with the service here however and would suggest others to buy a car from here if the price is right and the carfax look good. Tim deleted my information upon cancerlation of the sale which I greatly appreciated.
