SCY 247 is an awesome group fitness space. It has great equipment, trainers and community. Bridgey and the other trainers have been awesome in pushing me to improve my technique and work me hard. They are very selfless in wanting the best for each individual. Definitely sign up here.
Best gym in Ocean Grove. Classes are great and if you like it quiet you do a session by yourself anytime. Wouldn’t train anywhere else.
