Had my car towed in, it wouldn't start. After AAA took forever... But that's for another rating...They were all very understanding and courteous. Very fair pricing, and I would recommend them to anybody.
I used their services a few times for my Audi A3 as they are close to me, but each time I had some other major issues right after they were finished. This was as of last week for 2007 Audi A3, Mr. $200/Hr.

These guys are extremely hones, fair, and knowledgeable. They took EXCELLENT care of my unique situation. They went out of their way to squeeze my car in and get the car back on the road the same day. I Highly recommend using them for your German car. These are the "good guys" in the business.
