I took my Ford Fusion into this shop way back in January of 2025. I was told it needed $5k in repairs. I trusted them, because they were recommended by a friend. After they told me that my car was fixed, I drove away and it died on the road. I had to tow it back to their shop at my own expense from LA. Then they looked at it again and told me it was fixed after weeks in their shop. I drove off and it died again on the freeway. I again had to tow it back to them at my own expense. I'm a new customer today. My diesel RAM has two batteries that died yesterday and I'm too busy to change them myself. I called the Jeep guy a few doors down who services my wife's vehicle, but he turned me away and told me that SCV Auto was more suited to work on my truck. I called yesterday and asked if they could see me today on short notice. I spoke to Mona (one of the owners) and she agreed but told me I couldn't wait because she wasn't sure how long it would take and whether she could find the batteries here in SCV or h... read more
