Had solar installation with batteries and backup generator. Poor communication and follow-up service. I should've included more detail in my earlier post. The communication issues started early on during install phase. I found it hard to get an answer on the 'office' phone and was instructed by the salesman to call him direct as he would always answer his phone. I did find this to be true. Our water heater was dying and Scurfield Electric, Heating and Solar came out straight away. The following week we had a new water heater! We appreciated their professionalism, work quality and speed. We would highly recommend.
