We normally use this pharmacy after visiting our doctor, but our recent weekend experience was disappointing. The staff seemed unfamiliar with processing digital insurance cards and insisted on physical cards. We then went to another pharmacy, where they immediately confirmed that the medication was covered by Manitoba Health and that no insurance claim was required. Additional staff training would help improve the customer experience.

I had a really positive experience with the team at Scurfield Pharmacy in Winnipeg. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help. I Love that Marianne! She is a beautiful person who goes out of her way to help! I love that! I am glad she is my pharmacist because at Rexall I was just treated like a number and low priority! Since 2020, I have a rejuvenated appreciation for the small business place over big corporate!
