The front desk staff person with the very thick ??Korean accent needs to be fired. She cannot communicate effectively and messed up my referral information over the phone twice. Her attitude and poor understanding of the English language are barriers to providing accurate information in a field where accuracy is essential. I’m leaving this review for the CHINESE RECEPTIONIST in the front desk who DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH PROPERLY. I’ve been a loyal client to this clinic for two years now. I’ve been seeing my son’s pediatrician since his birth. If the pediatrician is fully booked, I would see other doctors and I always had a very good experience with them. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ben Ali. I had to go there for some minor surgery, and he was incredibly professional, both during the surgery and the follow up afterwards. The staff there were nice and helpful as well.
