Jake came and reconnected gas central heating at Mums . Boiler fitted and all new radiators etc . Everything cleaned and tidied every day . Quick , efficient and lovely people. Nothing too much trouble . Thankyou

Rang on Thursday to ask if I could get my boiler looked at as there was a fault with the hot water, said they would be there in an hour at about 13:30. Had a family member come from Hull to sit in the house and wait whilst I was at work but no one turned up. I received a text apologising for not turning up at 17:42 and then they were going to come after 4pm on Friday.
