Awful experience, I booked my 12 year old in who had fallen whilst snowboard and injured her knee, we arrived at 20:45 and saw reception and was told to take a seat......I eventually walked out at 00:20 after not even getting past the first stage of triage, there are signs everywhere telling us not to ask about waiting times. I understand that it's in order of priority and I'm no doctor but I could see people with nothing more than a scratch on a leg being seen before people looking more poorly, on top of this my 18 month ol... read more

Great service helping with your health issues
To say we had to see a nurse then x Ray then back to a nurse who passed us to a doctor who ordered a it scan then back to see him then all in all the 4 hours was acceptable and great service
