My experience with SGH is extremely good . Staff are always polite , friendly people who do their best at all times , particularly the delivery suite for babies - I don’t actually believe half of the average or bad reviews online so would like to put mine forward as it’s a true review . Yes the hospital is a bit dated and cubicles can be a bit small but I’ve witnessed first hand what staff try and do on a daily basis - Even the volunteers on the main entrance are polite and friendly and give you the information you need when... read more

After being admitted for day surgery i would like to say a huge thankyou to the surgeon who fixed my broken wrist .i was then transferred to ward 28 for 2 night owing to being in a great deal of pain and once again the staff were amazing start to finish ......first class right on our doorstep .....mrs emmerson .....22.6.25

Sometimes it's alright in there but when you're mum gets sent home dirty looking in dirty pjs and hair doesn't even look like had a brush few it I'm sorry but that isn't very nice to see her come home looking dirty! It's upsetting not ! Don't let anyone go there with out checking on them I'm telling you!

Had a problem with one off my hearing aids Friday rang audiology department in scunthorpe at 1pm they told me to take it couldn't promise to sort it out took it in gave me a new one firs class service
