I purchased a gift card for my Mother in December as a Christmas gift. She had been calling unsuccessfully since January. Finally today someone called her back to say that the business was sold and that they were only honoring $50 of a $165 gift card. Unacceptable. Feels like a scam and at the very least dishonorable.

I was gifted a Groupon for a service and the instructions indicate to call and make an appointment. I’ve made multiple attempts to call with no answer. I’ve left a voicemail with all my information after every call and have never received a follow up. I have also sent DM on Instagram, added a comment to get visual to check DMs and they have never followed up with me so I can book an appointment. I had the best experience at this head spa. From the moment I walked in, everything felt peaceful and luxurious. The scalp massage, warm steam, and overall care were incredible. My hair and scalp feel so clean and healthy, and I left completely relaxed. Highly recommend!
I made an appointment Saturday evening to get a service Sunday and paid deposit. Woke up Sunday morning with fever & chills (confirmed Flu A from taking daughter at urgent care) they kept deposit & said I’d have to pay all over again to book new appointment. Called 10x that morning to schedule and they didn’t care.
